Are the sunglasses authentic?
Yes. We sell new, authentic Prada sunglasses with original packaging. Serial numbers and manufacturer documentation are included where applicable.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition with all accessories and tags. Contact support to receive a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspected.
How long is shipping?
Processing: 1–2 business days. Transit: typically 2–5 business days via major carriers. You’ll receive tracking by email once shipped.
Do you offer polarized lenses?
Many Prada styles are available with polarized lenses. If a product page doesn’t list polarization, contact us and we’ll confirm availability or suggest comparable polarized models.
