Return eligibility
Most new and unworn Prada sunglasses purchased on pradasunglassessale.org can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items that qualify
- Unworn, unused sunglasses in original condition
- All original packaging: branded box, case, cleaning cloth, tags, inserts
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective items upon arrival
Condition requirements
- No scratches, wear marks, or adjustments
- Security tags (if included) must be intact
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
Note: For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we inspect all returns. Missing accessories or signs of wear may result in a partial refund.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Use the form below or email [email protected] with your order number and reason.

Receive your label
US orders: we’ll email a prepaid return label for eligible items. International orders: you’ll receive instructions to ship with a carrier of your choice.

Pack securely
Place items and all accessories in the original case and box. Use protective padding to prevent transit damage.

Ship within 14 days
Once your RMA is issued, please ship the return within 14 days so the authorization remains valid.
Start a return or exchange
Refunds and timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after your return is delivered and inspected.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Missing accessories or worn items may incur up to a 10% adjustment.
- Store credit and exchanges are processed as quickly as refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund or offer store credit—your choice.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize replacement or a full refund.

Non‑returnable items
- Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Items showing wear, missing parts, or altered/adjusted frames
- Returns outside the 30‑day window without prior authorization
International returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items. At this time, prepaid return labels are available for US orders only.
- Use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with support
- Customs duties and import taxes are non‑refundable
- Please mark the shipment as “Return of goods” to avoid additional charges
Order changes and cancellations
- Cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing an order. We ship fast—if your order has shipped, please initiate a return upon delivery.
- Price adjustments may be available within 7 days of purchase if the identical item goes on sale; exclusions apply.
