Taxes, duties, and import fees
US orders: Sales tax calculated based on your shipping address where applicable.
International: Duties/taxes are calculated at checkout for many destinations (DDP). For countries where DDP isn’t offered, fees are collected by customs on delivery (DDU).
Refusing delivery may incur return shipping and handling fees deducted from your refund.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO: Eligible for Standard USPS only.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or prohibited destinations due to brand restrictions.
Hazardous materials are not part of our catalog; sunglasses ship without hazmat restrictions.
Changes, cancellations, and address corrections
Need to change or cancel? Contact support immediately. We can assist until the order is fulfilled.
After dispatch, address changes may not be possible. If available via carrier, change fees may apply.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur reship fees.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Delayed scans: If no tracking updates for 3 business days, contact us to open a carrier trace.
Marked delivered but missing: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan for assistance.
Damaged on arrival: Report within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & exchanges
Try your Prada sunglasses at home risk‑free. If it’s not a match, return within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. Free return label provided for US orders. Prescription lenses are non‑refundable; frame returns with prescription lenses may incur a lens fee.

Shipping FAQ
US Standard 3–6 business days, Express 2–3, Rush 1–2. International Express typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. Prescription lenses add 1–3 days before dispatch.
Carriers may deliver on Saturdays in select areas, but weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Our warehouse ships Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
Contact support as soon as possible. We can modify the address before fulfillment. After dispatch, changes may not be possible or may incur carrier fees.
Yes, Standard USPS is available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Express and Rush services are not available to these addresses.
For many destinations we collect duties and taxes at checkout. If we cannot collect them, your local customs may charge fees on delivery.
Orders $300+ require a signature for security. You can request to waive the signature at checkout, which transfers delivery risk after the carrier’s delivery scan.
